Monthly Prices
Monthly costs for power and phones calls are invoiced in arrears. Internet and monthly phone line charges are invoiced in advance. We offer a 10% prompt payment discount if the account is paid on time on electricity charges only.

Anytime Power is the tariff where you do not have ripple relay control of electric hot water.
Controlled Power is the tariff where you do have ripple relay control of electric hot water and your network company can disconnect your hot water for up to 5 hours.

Setup Costs
Bonds and installations are a one-off cost. Bonds are refunded after one year of prompt payment or when you leave the apartment. These are bonds of $95 for power and $50 for phone calls. Installation/activation charges are not refundable and include GST.
